Crispy outside and soft inside with cheese pull, and a smokey BBQ taste complemented with capsicum. Ever thought of a sandwich with pizza fusion in it? We came up with an exciting, tested recipe that will satisfy your taste buds for sure!
Start with marinating your chicken. Take 500g boneless chicken, diced and marinate it with tikka masala for 30 minutes. Shallow fry your chicken. Once the chicken is tender add julienne-cut capsicum and onion into it and give it a good mix.
Take two pieces of bread and spread 2 tbsp pizza sauce (1 tsp each bread) on bread. Add your fried chicken veggies mixture, mozzarella cheese, pizza cheese, olives and whatever you like.
You can either grill your sandwich or make it in a sandwich maker. If none of them is available, you can simply grill it on Taawa for 2-3 minutes or until your cheese melts and bread becomes crispy.
Don’t overcook your veggies, try maintaining its crunch.
If you have plenty of time, you can marinate your chicken for more than 30 minutes.
You can add any veggies you want to, or skip any if you want to.
You can also use chicken breast pieces instead of boneless.
Serve it with French fries and a chilled drink.
